‍Welcome to Advent, a service provided by Advent Studios ("we", "our", or "us"). This Terms of Service agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of Advent, which allows users to access their TikTok profile information through our application.Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our application. By accessing or using any part of the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the application or use any services.

‍1. Access to TikTok Profile Information

‍a. In order to use Advent, you must authenticate and allow access to your TikTok profile information. You authorize us to access your TikTok profile information including, but not limited to, your username, profile picture, and public video metadata.

b. We do not access more information than is necessary to provide our services, and we do not store your TikTok login credentials.

‍2. Privacy

‍Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Advent, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

‍3. Changes to Terms of Service

‍We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

‍4. Use License

‍a. Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Advent solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

b. You agree not to use the app for any commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from us.

‍5. Restrictions

‍You agree not to:

a. Copy, modify, or distribute the app for any purpose.

b. Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.c. Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Advent.d. Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

‍6. Termination

‍We may terminate or suspend access to our app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms of Service.

‍7. Governing Law

‍These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
